Adding a task

Tasks help you keep track of what you need to do next to progress your case. 

There are 2 ways to add a task: 

A. From ‘Task list’ in the main menu (in the ‘Organise’ section), select 'Add new task'.

B. From the ‘Activities Feed’, select the '+' button next to ‘Upcoming tasks’.

Method A to add a task

Method B to add a task

‍

  1. Name your task (required field).
  2. If your task has a deadline, you can add a due date. 
  3. Add as many notes as you like. 
  4. Select ‘Submit’. 
  5. The task will appear in your task list.
