Once someone has access to your case, their level of access depends on the type of team member they are.
There are 2 types of team members in Valla: administrators and members.
Administrators are the people that have full access to the case. They are the only people who can add new team members. If you need to add more than one administrator, please do get in touch and we will do this for you.
