If you’re planning to be in charge of your own case, it’s important to do your research and understand how the law relates to your situation.
We can’t offer you legal advice - we’re not lawyers - but we can offer you high-level guidance and a place to keep all your notes together.
Go to ‘Legal research’, which is under ‘Your situation’ in the main navigation menu, and you will see an area where you can add notes for yourself. It can be particularly useful if you are sharing your case with someone.
You can add notes under 3 areas, with a final section for anything that doesn’t fit in these sections.
We have added some links to help get you started in your research. Our guides on Your Rights at Work might also help you.
