Valla has a fresh new look and an improved Case Assessment experience

Valla has a new look and we've improved the customer experience for our Case Assessment service. It's now quicker and easier for you to see exactly what claims you have and what your case could be worth at an Employment Tribunal. 

A fresh new look

We've rolled out our new branding and design to the Valla platform. Our new look and colour palette aims to provide a warmer, more reassuring experience. While you'll notice a few design updates, everything in Valla is just as it was before - so you'll find everything right where you left it.

We’ve also released dark mode for Valla to make it that bit easier on your eyes during longer sessions on the platform.

A better Case Assessment experience

Valla’s Case Assessment gives you clarity on your workplace issue. It includes a 1-hour call with a UK legal expert and provides a clear summary report. The report explains exactly what legal claims you may have, how likely they are to succeed at Tribunal, and what you your case could be worth.

We recently revamped the service to provide a better experience inside the Valla platform. With our new Case Assessment service, you can:

• View the next available times to book a call with a legal expert
• Book and reschedule calls with a legal expert
• View your assessed claims  in your Valla account so that you can easily draft your ET1 or settle your case
• View your Case Assessment summary report in your Valla account. After your call with your legal expert is complete, they will upload your report. You can download it as a PDF or view it within the platform anytime by selecting Case Assessment Report. 

Valla is authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to conduct assessments of potential employment claims that you may have. We conduct these assessments under the supervision of qualified solicitors with SRA practising certificates.
