Accommodations for Valla services
To make our products and services accessible for as many people as possible, we can offer the following accommodations:
- An interpreter or a support person (or just a helpful friend) can accompany you on video calls
- You can request a recording and/or a transcript of the meeting for you to refer back to later
- Get a list of questions in advance that you may get asked by the legal expert during a call, so you can prepare ahead of time
- You can turn off you camera during the calls and/or ask your legal coach to turn off theirs
- You can take breaks during calls, or split your calls up into 30 minute bookings
- You can request a coach who is available on evenings and weekends, and it’s OK if your kids are with you on the call.
